    问:工作服管理制度是什么?

    一、目的

    为树立和保持公司良好的公众形象,进一步规范化管理,特制定本规定。

    二、工作时间着装及仪表要求

    (一) 所有员工着装要求

    1、 所有员工必须按照公司规定着装,保持良好的精神风貌,树立良好的公司形象。

    2、 工作时间须着公司统一发放的工作装;注意仪容仪表,穿着整洁、得体、大方。

    3、 着工作装时,应搭配与工作装颜色、款式得当的衬衣、袜子和鞋类;鞋应保持清洁光亮,无破损并符合工作要求;在工作场所不得赤脚、不得穿拖鞋、拖鞋式凉鞋等。

    4、 着西装时,须着衬衣,系打领带;衬衣束腰,不得挽袖或不系袖扣。

    5、 工作装应经常换洗,不得出现掉扣、错扣、脱线现象。

    6、 工作时间应保持口腔清洁、双手整洁;勤剪指甲,指甲不得留的过长,不得涂指甲油。

    7、 工作时间必须佩戴公司统一发放的工作牌,并佩戴在左胸前适当位置。

    (二) 男员工着装要求

    1、 头发梳理整齐、大方;头发前不过眉,旁不过耳,后不盖衣领;不得剔光头;不得留胡须。

    2、 工作时间不得光膀子或穿挎拦背心及大短裤。

    (三) 女员工着装要求

    1、 工作时间着装以保守为宜。

    2、 头发梳理整齐,发型(包括发式、颜色)不得太夸张;提倡化淡妆,金银首饰或其他饰物应佩戴得当。

    3、 工作时间不得穿超短裙、低胸衫、过于休闲或其他有碍观瞻的奇装异服;着裙装时,外露袜子须穿肉色丝袜。

    4、 尽量避免用过浓的香水。

    三、工装配制说明

    1、 员工试工期满后,可发放工作牌;试用期满后,可发放工作装。

    2、 离职(辞退)收取服装费用时,按服装的实际费用计算(详见附表一)。

    (1) 自工装发放之日起,工作满两年以上者,辞职(辞退)时,不收取服装费用。

    (2) 自工装发放之日起,工作满一年以上两年以下者,辞职时,收取服装70%费用;被辞退时,收取服装 50%费用。

    (3) 自工装发放之日起,工作不满一年者,辞职时,收取服装100%费用;被辞退时,收取服装 70%费用。

    四、处罚措施

    1、 各部门负责人应认真执行、督促属下员工遵守本规定。

    2、 工作时间不着工作装者,视为当天缺岗,并扣罚当日日工资。

    3、 非工作时间,不得着工作装,发现一次罚款20元。

    4、 工作时间未佩戴胸牌者,一次罚款20元,一个月连续违反3次以上者,除罚款外调离工作岗位。

    5、 各部门在一个月内员工违反本规定累计超过3人次或该部门职员总数20%的,该部门负责人罚款100元。

    6、 罚款直接从当月工资中扣除。

    7、 员工损坏工作装的,公司予以补发,费用自行承担。

    五、本规定由各部门负责具体实施;由行政办公室负责监督、执行。

    1、 配备两套工作装的部门:

    (1)4月1日—9月30日统一着浅色工作服,着衬衣时,需按公司规定统一颜色着装。

    (2)10月1日—3月30日统一着深色工作服;

    2、配备一套工作装的部门,视具体情况而定。

    3、如有特殊情况视情况而定。

    六、本规定开始执行日期为:xxxx年x月x日

    Third, tooling preparation instructions
